About Haven

HAVEN is a specialized bodywork practice founded in 2017 to provide authentic, innovative services for meaningful & effective change and relief from physical & emotional pain. Here, we shine light on the services that often live on the fringe of our healthcare system. Our practitioners are not employees but part of a collective team of highly skilled professionals who manage their own clients and experiences. 2020 has brought challenges to every small business around the world, and we continue to strive to adapt to meet the needs of our clients and keep our practice alive. This shop is a part of that adaptation, as are our virtual services. 

Our hope is that Haven will provide the space (whether in person or virtually) to bring together clients seeking deeper experiences than the standard full-body massage and talented practitioners who have dedicated their lives to honing practices that are outside of the mainstream. As Haven continues to transform as we redefine how we heal, and our world transforms how we interact with one another, we encourage you to transform body + inner world along with us.
